Same-day delivery

On Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we run 8am – 8pm.

We can't guarantee an exact time, but we'll do our best with any request you leave in the delivery instructions.
Funerals and services
These are our highest priority. We contact the funeral home ourselves to confirm the viewing time. If an order comes in too late to make the service, we'll call you straight away so you can send something to the family's home instead. If a banner isn't available we'll fill to value with more flowers rather than delay you.
Schools
Schools generally won't accept deliveries for students. Send teacher gifts to the school — before 2pm — and anything for a student to their home.
Addresses
We can't deliver to P.O. boxes. If an address turns out to be wrong after we've attempted delivery there's a $10.00 correction fee. If nobody's home we may leave the gift somewhere safe or with a neighbor, depending on the location.
Substitutions
Changes and cancellations
Same-day orders start being made straight away and usually can't be changed. For anything else, call us as early as you can and we'll do what we can.
