What you're buying
A hand-made floral arrangement. Flowers are a natural product and no two are identical. Fresh flowers are seasonal. We may substitute blooms of equal or greater value while keeping the style and color.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax of 8.25% is added at checkout, along with a 20.00 delivery fee for local delivery. Tips are entirely optional and go to the team.
Delivery
We deliver locally only, and we can't guarantee an exact time. Full details are on our delivery policy page, including what happens if nobody's home or the address is wrong.
Changes and cancellations
Same-day orders start being made immediately and usually can't be changed. For anything else, call as early as you can and we'll do our best.
If something's wrong
Tell us within a day or two and we'll replace it or refund you. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
