Plain English, because you shouldn't need a lawyer to know what happens to your details.
What we keep
Your name, email, phone and the delivery address you give us, plus what you ordered. If you write a card message we keep it so we can print it — we don't read it for any other reason.
Card details
We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by GoDaddy Payments, who are certified to do that properly — the card boxes at checkout belong to them.
Order confirmations are part of buying something. Marketing emails and occasion reminders only go out if you asked for them, and every one has a one-click unsubscribe that also switches off reminders.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make the shop work — payments, email delivery, and address lookup. We don't sell your details to anyone, ever.
Recipients
If you send flowers to someone we hold their name and address to deliver them. They can ask us to remove it afterwards.
Getting it removed
Ask us and we'll delete what we can — we do have to keep records of completed sales for tax. Contact us or call (469) 481-9294.
